7 Days Return & Exchange Policy

At Emerald Elegance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item, subject to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, boxes, and accessories.

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival:

Opened or used products

Items purchased on final sale or clearance discounts
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@emeraldelegance.store.

Provide your order number, product details, and clear photos showing the damage or defect.

Once approved, we will arrange for an exchange or refund at no additional cost.
4. Process for Returns & Exchanges
Step 1: Request a Return/Exchange

Email us at support@emeraldelegance.store within 7 days of receiving your item.

Include your order number and the reason for return or exchange.
Step 2: Ship the Item Back

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Step 3: Inspection & Refund/Exchange

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days, or we will send your exchange item if requested.
5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may still return it after delivery following the conditions stated above.
